Securities & Exchange Organization (SEO) agreed to establish "Art Charity Investment Fund"

This will be motley investment fund, which distributes its dividends bi-annually. Bodies of this Fund include Fund Manager, Registrar, Arman Ati Investment Advisory Co., Administrator, Art Credit Fund, and the auditor is Behrad Moshar Audit Institution.
The managing Director of this Fund said: "part of the financial assistance to artists will be paid directly, and other part will be paid through banks via introduction letter prepared by the Fund". Moreover, artists will be informed of financial instruments; the film producer can finance the project through issuing participation certificates (bonds).
